Are there going to be any June Miniature Releases?

Definitely! I stopped buying it about eight years ago with the occasional purchase if it included miniature rules, or a LOTR article of merit (which is rare), but they simply don't support the range with many quality articles. It seems ridiculous that months will go past with nothing supporting a major product line in their magazine. If they had the same staff who wrote the BGIME monthly supplement, that would be great. I personally wan't to see well thought out scenarios, conversion ideas/modelling and quality tactical ideas.

I for one am glad that there is no June release - it'll save me some money. Extra money to spend on the kiddies on holiday : )

I had a weird dream the other night that a set of Rivendell knights on foot had been released.

I don't dream very often.

I thin that the last alliance box set is approximate. But I would love a new bos set with a variety of options!

You could do them for far cheaper by taking a few metal High Elf spearmen and sculpting cloaks onto them.

Oh I have some of those. Used to have quite a lot, sold them, got some more for War of the Ring, discovered the new ones didn't have shields, and now they are in backlog hell. Some better scaled plastic ones would be nice :p

It's a very flat, shapeless cloak, one of Gary Morley's originals. Half looks like they're wearing some sort of big raincoat.

Ah, well then sculpt on a bigger cloak to better resemble the huge, wacky Matrix style cloaks that the Rivindell Knights wear.

I never buy a WD without first either reading a store copy or checking out a review of it first, and laely I haven't found anything in it worth buying it for. It'd be so easy to sell it to me, too, all I want is some decent painting articles.

I haven't seen this month's, yet, but I'm guessing it's 90% pictures of (and or gushing about) the new Eldar stuff.
