nice one man, I was wondering what these looked like! what kind of scenery are you doing ?

Hi BWS! How's it going?
I made some ruins of Osgiliath and about 20 trees on individual bases. Nothing special but makes the table more Ringsified than just proxying with warhammer terrain.

Have my eye on some beautiful buildings for a possible Bree style board from this site here.

Cheers, if you're interested it's Vermin Brown, thinned heavily and washed over the painted metal area. Dab off patches with some kitchen roll.

not too bad thanks, hows things with you ?. I thought you might have been on a painting break or something, hadn't seen any of your recent stuff till now.
How did the ruins and trees turn out ? I'm trying to make a bit of terrain too, some hills and swamps. That ebob terrain is nice alright, very fitting. will you'll be making your board all one piece ?

I'm fine mate. I have been neglecting my Youtube channel a bit though.
I made my board in three pieces with lots of different flocks and textures. The ruins and trees turned out really nice. I love making scenery. I made a hill a while back for about £4 becuase the GW hill is such rip off.

The terrain sounds interesting, you'll have to give us a look at them sometime if its not too much trouble.

I was gonna say that too. I just noticed that it's the same Ugluk. Congrats on that! Very deserved by the way. He's painted stunningly good!

It's been a while but I'm back to work on my Isengard force.
Here's hoping I complete another big chunk of it before getting bored!

Here's Vrasku. Not a very nice model IMO but I got him with the Ugluk model so I might as well use him for a hero.

I bought some scouts the other day and painted up a few more warriors. I hope to include another troll, some mordor orcs, some banners and captains, Sharku and, of course, some berserkers.

Does anybody know where to find the profile for Grishnahk? Is it the Mordor book?

Anyway, thanks for looking.

:yay: Awesome!!! I like your painting a lot (hehe who doesn't? ;) ) and this is stunning! I love the way you painted the flesh, completely different from everything I've seen so far but looking incredibly good, especially in contrast with the black leather. Nice base too!

Utterly superb!
Probably the best painted Isengard army I've seen

What camera do you use?

@Harfoot. I can't claim credit for the pictures mate. My girlfriend takes them.
@Sid. Thanks. The camera is a Fujifilm Finepix HS30EXR. It's about 16 Megapixels.
@Rognarr. Yeah, I'll do a tutorial. Anything in particular you want a tutorial on or is it just the whole model?
@Durin's Bane. Well if you're from the toon you're not far from them IRL :P I'm a smoggy.
