did you use "water effects" for the water or did you just paint it on?

Great job, I kind of want to hunt down a 80s Gollum figure myself now...

The Gollum is great and Morgoth is a very good find a re-paint 8)

The water on the Gollum miniature was painted, and then gloss varnished to make it look wet.
