Looks great! Although there is one thing: Do you paint the lips? Because if I were you (I am not though!) I wouldn't do that unless you're a GOD at painting. Now it looks more like they ate uncooked meat before the fight. ;)

The fort looks good, this is the first time I see an unpainted twig fort that actually looks good. Keep it up! :D

You got a quite good collection of armies right there and a very good board to play any scenario, I like that fortification alot :)
