I mean literally drawing him forward, in the game, if he is nearer to your army your army has more chance to get him in combat nad eat him

Have you considered including Gollum? He's only (a few) points and has Fight Value X (same as the dwarf captain), which would make "mobbing" his only hero much easier.

Edit: point values
