I don't know what it is exactly that makes your metal armours look awesome, but it really looks like a used metal battleworn armour on those WOMT. Great job!

Excellent work, sir. I agree that the Denethor mini can be a bit boring to look at because it is so monochromatic. I haven't painted mine yet, but when I do, I need to figure out some way to make it "pop".

Thanks guys! I was thinking about mixing in some shadow grey to make his cloak a bit blueish. But I didn't because he might look a bit out of tune the rest of the grey/metal troops ;)

Um...Wow. Denethor looks like he is going to step out of the screen. Very realistic. How on Earth did you get his face to look so grizzled?

Those veterans look amazing! Can I ask how you did the black highlights on their tunics. I am working on some WoMT but I just can't seem to get the highlights to work the way I would like them too (may be user error though!!)

Thanks and keep up the fantastic work!

Hold on guys, only thing done on the vets is their armor :P

The tunic on the archer, at the time the pic was taken, only has a Stormvermin Fur basecoat and a heavy Nuln Oil (Badab Black) wash. The finished version only has a further layer of watered down Stormvermin Fur on the higher areas (no drybrush).

I'm really happy with the finished archer and gonna finish the other two right now and I'll be posting pics of them tomorrow ;)

The three vets, they took a bit longer then I thought had some problems with the cloak. I'm really happy with how they turned out :)

Nice paint job, in particular the brown cloth. What camera do you use?

These were all made with the iPhone 4, unfortunately I dropped it a lot since so it doesn't take any acceptable photo's anymore.

Man, since I moved and started studying for two masters I've been so busy. It has more than a year since my last update! :o

I recently dug up an old camera so I'm gonna try and post a load of new updates soon :-D
