Currently i have:

Troll Chieftan
12 Morannon orcs
The Shadow Lord/Ringwraith

So does anyone have any ideas what i should get next, i was either thinking more morannon orcs or maybe some standard orcs.

I'd also recommend some regular Orc Warriors. Point for point, they're great.

Morannons for sure, and Warg Riders are inexpensive in points and money, and good for attack.

If you get a hero get a cheap captain like Grishnak Shagrat Gorbag they are all cheap price and all over ebay for nothing.

Morannon Orcs seem best served as part of a spear wall front line, but what about just ordinary Orcs? Is it best to take them all with spears + shields or are they better suited to a "tactical blob" sort of formation?

Thanks for all the ideas thinking wargs then maybe some normal orcs with gorbag

Another question should i get gorbag or a morranon orc captain?

I'd go for Gorbag, the only pro of the Morrannon is that he has better stats but you already have two quality fighters so Gorbag will be more use thanks to bonus might.

Gorbag for sure. With the heroic actions you can do for that extra one might its completely worth it.

I have a two or three plastic Mordor orcs that I am happy to post you to help grow your collection? I have a lot of unpainted stuff which realistically I will never use, so its best that it finds a good home, if you want them?

Named heroes are usually a better deal, I tend to go with them when possible. Plus, Might is precious ...
