I'm planning to use my Great Beast in our next battle and came up with a few questions.

First, is the Great Beast considered a monster able to use Brutal Power Attacks? From searching around a bit, it looks like the consensus is yes, but I just wanted to confirm.

Second, if the beast moves, do the orcs riding on it get -1 to their shoot values? I am guessing not, since they themselves are not moving, but what do you all think?

The beast does get the monster rules. Also, the models on top are considered separate models and therefore do not suffer accuracy penalties. This is the same on the Mumak too
