Choose a harad army for me

Which do you guys think will be better? Or more fun for that matter lol. Its gonna be a for fun game, probably until one of us is just almost all dead no breaking rules. Pick one, and give me an idea. The cavalry one seems better, but the other one seems much more useful.

Army 1-
Mumak with gnarled hide and beastmaster chieftan
12 bowmen in the Howdah

Chieftan-
12 spears
Chieftan-
6 watchers of karna with bow
Chieftan-
3 watchers
3 spearmen

OR

Army 2-
Mumak with gnarled hide and beastmaster chieftan
12 bowmen in the Howdah
* howdah-12 bowmen

Haradrim Chieftan on Horse x 2

1-
4 serpent riders
2 raiders with war spear and bow
2-
4 serpent riders
2 raiders with war spear

Id be facing elves so I dont see the model count on the enemy's side being that high, but he does field Thranduil every time. Sometimes he uses legolas, an eagle, and always 1 elf captain.

I dont see me having a problem killing a warband worth 200 points within the first 3-4 turns anyway.

2 seems fun but ill die soon. 1 is great because ill get close to his troop amounts and I do have a lot of might.....

If your opponent is a half decent wood elf player, he'll keep them in terrain so the mumak can't hurt them. So I guess list one would be better.

Very true. Thing is we only have 3 woodland terrain pieces lol and Ill be sure to snatch at least one, and if I get terrain rolling priority, he has only one hahaha. But true, true.

I wish the Mumak could still trample terrain. He's far to limited now if you're playing on an appropriately covered board

I went for all mounted list 2 btw as all mounted Harad is just fun and looks great

Yeah and the serpent guard ARE powerful guys..... same here though....you think a mumak couldn't knock some trees down? I think the two inch rule is stupid. It should be like half his height and he stops as soon as he comes into contact with the trees and at beginning of next move phase they're removed.

Or just roll to wound as if the terrain were defense 3-5

Haradrim has some really really good choices. I never take the mumak, it's too risky. I dont like luck but for sure its fun.

So I would go with the 1st list especially vs those greenies but I dont see you have front line. Maybe some serpent guards ft?
