I'd love to start a new force but the less money I can spend the better, I currently play as dwarves and Moria Goblins, I have also played as minas tirith and elves so preferably not any of these lists. In my past experience I have loved cavalry models so I'd be grateful if somehow they could be incorporated. Thank you in advance.

You can pick up the complete Thorin's Company sprue on ebay for about £30 including Gandalf and Bilbo. Depending on equipment that comes to about 1050 points - job done!

Buying from GW, I think Minas Tirith would be a good choice.
Not entirely sure as a lot of models are disappearing lately so I can't recall every model that is available at this moment.

Maybe Isengard, as their models cost a lot pointwise, so I guess you'll be at 750 points pretty fast.

To save on cash you probably want big points models, a monster army would do you well, Upgraded Dragon, Watcher in the Water, Cave Drake etc. would cost you around the £75 mark via ebay for roughly £1 per 10 points.

If you want cavalry your cheapest ebay option will be Rohan, the Warriors and Riders are available at a discount although it's not quite as big a discount as some people will make out, you can get 6 new Riders of Rohan for about £9-13 instead of the RRP of £18. To make a 750 point force made exclusively of mounted riders you'd need about 24 of them for a cost of about £40-50. That'll give you about 400 points leaving you 350 to buy your heroes with, 4 or 5 Rohan Heroes will set you back about £5-10 per time depending on the hero/sculpt. That'll put your deployed army somewhere around the £90 mark if you're lucky. Of course the hidden costs of cavalry armies are that you'll then need to get foot models for all of those meaning you're probably looking at about another £40 via ebay.

The other very viable cheap option would be a Goblin Town/Troll alliance. You can get the Evil hero sprue from Escape from Goblin Town for about £15 which includes 4 heroes, then get 4 sprues of 18 Goblin Town goblins (£9 each) to give you 4 full warbands and a few spares for the Scribe to bring on for a £51 army that comes out around 400 points. You can then easily get the 3 trolls for £30-£40 which adds another 400 points to your list. 800 points for under £100 without too much luck.

IMHO it's Uruk hai. I picked up 50 Uruk warriors for 30 euro last week from eBay. Uruk captains are cheap as dirt on eBay.

Uruk's is indeed cheap cause you dont need numbers and organic leaders are cheap everywhare but if you want to make a strong army you will need ferals, crossbows, leaders as Mauhur and Vrasku that are extremely expensive and rare.
This game needs money and time. In large amounts
