That leaves me 124pts to get two more heroes. I have a few options:

Drop a Watcher and take a Hasharin and a Chieftain.

Take two Kings.

Take two Chieftains and an armoured Fell Beast for the Betrayer.

Take two Chieftains and put a banner in.

Any thoughts on which of those options is best?

Either 1 or 4. You should have at least 1 banner at this level. Hasharin's are very good though as well.

Of the above ones I'd vote for the Hasharin and Chieftain although I'd say a Taskmaster would be your best option. I used one just yesterday in a 400 Point battle and he was very much worth the points I spent

I'd probably go with four out of those options. The banner is very useful as it means you don't go into To The Death already losing or perhaps ahead if your opponent doesn't bring one. Two Captains give you four might points to spend on heroic actions so you can keep your Wraiths might for himself.

The Kings are unnecessary as is the armoured fellbeast (D7 only really makes the difference vs S2 shooting and S4 combat which there isn't much off if you are playing good vs evil).

The Hashirin is handy but you lose out on might so I'd only take him if you're planning on using him as your general with his 3 fate and elven cloak to keep him alive.
