I have always been interested in doing my own moulds but have never known where to start, this seems like a good place to.

any advice to and experienced gamer and converter.

Thank you, Harfoot, for the reference Photos. Here are the Photos you wanted.

I did not reattach the parts removed during cleaning I need to work on it some more. The parts are not plastic like I thought but are resin. They are hard and brittle. You can modify some of the plastic parts with a heat gun or very hot water, Some of the detail may have to be sculpted. I hope this is what you need.

This thread just makes me want to cast stuff. I will have to try this one day. I've bought the odd mold and find them great so no reason not to try my own.

Which one did you get?

My casts are the odd WS Rock mold and I bought a paving slab one from a different company.
The Hirst molds I want are a plenty so can onlyjustify when a big project is planned, like Helms Deep.
For me though, it's my painting that's taking centre stage at present.
