The model looks good. The groundwork is some of the best I have seen.

Fantastic all round. I would be happy to look at the hobbit scene over and over again. Certainly magazine quality.

I must ask, what sort of (Aluminium) mesh did you use for the window and door?

I have been working on Bree buildings, and in the past using mosquito netting, because I cannot find a decent fine mesh anywhere. -_-

Hi @Chaserpeach: It's a special mesh from an architect's shop, expensive as hell. In the meantime I've found some plasticmesh that looks exactly the same but costs only a fraction. I suggest you look on the net, especially in architecture supllies.

For my leaded lights I used a fine sieve, costs a couple of pound.

I picked out flatish areas to cut out from the sheet and used them. This had a flat base so keep an eye on the kitchen section at your supermarket.

Hardware store solution. You can buy nylon window screen.

Well done! 8)

I love all those different green tones, well done Marc! 8) The colours as always are spectacular! The robe of Gildor is very neatly done as well, a great job all around!

These are wonderful. I've been away the last couple of weeks so unable to paint. Seeing these has got me psyched again now I'm back home for a little bit!
