Just wondering whether somebody might be able to inform me about whether Druzhag is able to lead Fell Wargs? I am not sure where I would fine this information.

Nobody needs to lead Fell Wargs. They can lead their own warbands.

There is only one Lotr (not Hobbit) figure that can lead Fell Wargs and that is the Spider Queen. And that's only because even though she is an Independent Hero in the Mordor and Moria lists, she can lead Fell Wargs and Mirkwood Spiders in the Dark Denizens of Mirkwood list.

Otherwise, as Isilduhrr says, Fell Wargs (and Mirkwood Spider) do not need any Hero to lead them.

Ah ok, and also is he unarmed? As their is no mention of his weapon on his profile, despite carrying what looks like a two-handed staff.

No model is unarmed unless it specifically states it is in its profile, everything else comes automatically with a hand weapon. Druzhag's profile says he has armour and since he it does not say he is unarmed, he isn't.
