Thanks! The Saruman worked perfectly for the conversion and since the horse already had a missing foot, the conversions took off from there!

Thanks everyone, glad you like it. I'm really happy with it, and now I want to try more conversions. I'm looking through the rulebooks to see if there are any options that GW doesn't make miniatures for. Maybe a mounted Radagast next?
