That is an impressive amount of orc conversions, well done! I can't imagine the amount of work that went into that! Nice work of putty and spare parts here, very creative! The scale male you sculpted looks really nice, do you have a close up of one?

Quite an incredible effort. Conversions I have never seen before. You have deffinitely managed to create something unique there for sure!

One of my favs has to be the guy with the ball n chain.

Now just the small task of throwing some paint at them!

I look forward to seeing them sometime in all their grime and glory! :)

That is a Herculean effort put into these, and the effort will without a doubt pay off. These will look an incredible bunch on the tabletop.

Super impressive! 8) I am doing something like this myself, but most of my orcs are still cut up into little pieces on the operating table. Did you pin all those joins? I'm pinning mine (even the little hands) for gaming reasons and it takes a hell of a long time.

Looking forward to seeing these dudes painted up!

Im happy that you like them!

I pinned none of the joints I think. They will just stand in a display cabinet when they are finished someday. I didn´t run a match for many years.

Hope they will get paint sometime. I´m REALLY slow in painting and have too many other projects waiting for paint and conversions^^

i have a lot of orcs and now follow your ideas it is possible to create each one different from another !
i must copy some of these pose ! :P
very good , i hope to see more conversions of gondorians or rohan like these !
