And one more LotR miniature for the monthly challenge.

Here's how Saruman is after a bit of work.

Plenty to do, but its coming along. Painting all that white is deffinetelly a challenge.

Nice start Mig. I think what would be nice word be subtle glazes of red, blue, brown, yellow and green to make it match Tolkiens description of Sarumans cloak.

The shading of the white looks excellent and gives it real depth. I must admit though I'd love to see someone attempt a Saruman of many colours!

I managed to put some more work into it today, including some sort of base for it.
Still a bit of cleaning up to do, but its getting there.

Freehand, yes. It will say Saruman or Curunír, something like that in Hobbitish fancy lettering.
