So what do people think of this list? I think it could work quite well.

W1:
Legolas (elven cloak & armour) (Leader)
11 Galadhrim with Bow

W2:
Galadriel
5 Galadhrim with elven blade and shield
2 Galadhrim with spear and shield
1 Wood Elf with Wood elf spear
1 Galadhrim with banner
3 GOTGC

W3:
Elladan and Elrohir (Horses and heavy armour)
11 Warriors of Arnor

38 models
Break: 20
12 Might

Your bow limit is incorrect! Each army much follow the bow limit. This mean that if you have 2 warbands of lothlorien and mirkwood youn only coud take 8 bows!

Ah yes I did miss that; not a problem as I may just take some rangers with the Arnorians to keep the number of bows up

Looks like you are going for a shooting army and if that's the case you might want to consider new galariel. Especially at this points value there is bound to be a wraith in other armies.

Malbeth I think is great and maybe using RotN to max you bow count.

All I can say is you have a dangerous army. Come across someone with the Shadow Lord, or blinding light, or D6 army with Shamans and you will likely have a tough time.

The twins are very touchy. You lose one, and you basically lose two. Considering theyre your heavy hitters and your other heroes are limited to useless in combat, I do believe you need more of a punch or more troops.

Rambo why do you say the new Galadriel as opposed to the old? She has blinding light as well and is a lot more well rounded of a caster. Furthermore the new one cant lead a warband.

More so to counter the wraiths that this army would most likely come up against and also because she isn't useless in combat like the old one.

I totally see where you're coming from with both of those points I just did not know what type of competition he would be facing off against if he plays Moria Isengard she's pretty much useless

In the UK Moria/Goblin Town tend to have wraiths thrown in on top with the shamans...pretty filthy stuff.

She's not completely useless against Isengard. She can Fortify your heroes to protect against Saruman (or your troops to resist Sorcerous Blast! ha) and gets Blinding Light without having to expend Might, which with Grima around is no bad thing! She's definitely good. My reason for not using her isn't a debate over which spells are most effective but simply that I usually need her to lead troops.

The reason for the Twins was that for the tournament the top 2 models have to equal or exceed 250 points, so I was thinking Galadriel/Twins with 9 Might is a pretty good choice and will also save Leggy's Might.

I may however just move away from Arnor completely, dropping the Twins and take Thranduil King of the Woodland Realm with Mirkwood elves. Keep the 12 bow shots and with Thranduil some serious hitting power :)

Well lets put it this way dude.....I didnt specify all the armies she's less useful against than the older Galadriel but there are many including Dol amroth, no Saruman Isengard, Orc whordes, monsters, Gondor shield wall, azogs hunters etc. The ones I just named alone can go without shooting and magic and then you'd want the old Galadriel every time. Free blinding light and fortify spirit are cool but not at the expense of A-losing the other magic and B-like we agreed upon losing troops.

As for your twin thing...I didn't know the point thing. I see now. I'd still go with your other choice.
