Like that you decide how you want the Captain to look, banner carrier is ok but what is it with the shape of the horn? Someone been reading too many Dr. Seuss books? . Anyone know what kinda sound that would make? IF I bought this set, that horn would get the standard bell shape.

Edit: tempted to get it for the alternative captain arms, could covert Girion into a better pose.

On one Hand i am happy about every New miniature release :)

On the other Hand the last MTO with the Captain feels like a fraud :/

Also i agree that the warhorn soldier is both useless (because nobody needs warhorns for except maybe Arnor) and weirdly designed.

Its nice that there now is a Banner miniature but it also looks they just brought over one from AoS or 40k without much thought :/

Nice idea to get a windlance in the Dale army with normal troops.

I wonder if they will keep the windlance with Bard available, or whether they will de-list that one when the new one is launched?

The horn is actually based on a design from Weta Workshop.

Goblin_king - I went and looked at the movies, is that design in one of the books or website? Just curious.

Nope, it was sent to us by Weta Workshop. I'm the MESBG Product design manager at GW, Dan Falconer sent it to us :)

Guess I won't be changing the bell of the horn after all :-D Sounds like a cool job, any chance of getting a stand alone scenery pack of statues? Elvish ones from Rivendell, Helm Hammerhand, statue in courtyard of Dol Guldur? Kinda like the old ruins set.

Again, thanks for the clarification.
