I don't trust that one though, they were missing from the GW one, maybe they're for a June/July release or something? I hope they're here soon, I need some to complete my dwellers of the deep places army.

The GW what? They popped up on the website then got yanked, with stuff coming out in January too who knows maybe their coming out even sooner. These are new plastics that people are going to be clamoring for. My guess is GW is going to use the films momentum and flood us with stuff.

One can only hope!

The only evidence I trust are the Eagles in that White Dwarf and the release that popped up on GW.

The pictures of the Wargs were in some Dark Angels character's page on the site. GW swiftly took them down. I'd guess they'll be out sooner rather than later if GW already have them sculpted, made, painted, photographed and edited.

I've read through the thread and seen some things on scale with the dwarfs but not sure if this has been picked up yet. I opened my box today and noticed that bilbo is much smaller than the lotr range of hobbits, anyone else noticed this?

And immediately the Monty Python sketch comes to mind ('G'day Bruce' etcetera).

I don't know how official it is, but I've found this height chart:

Thats a helpful chart. I never pictured Saruman at 6'7" tho. After getting a few of the film tie in books for Christmas, I discovered the artwork that prompted GW's 'interesting' pose of the LE Radagast.

So we have the concept artists to thank for that one.

Still can't see why they picked that one.

They were probably super limited in what they were given production and concept wise.

I've seen my friend's Wetta Hobbit book. I don't think that was the case. I think it was just a bad choice on GW's part.

So, does anyone know what the 'unit size' thingies are on GW's site?
