I want my Misty Mountain Hobbit orcs to look different. This may do the trick. At least more parts for some conversions.

I like.

These are my new recruits to my Mirkwood Orc army. Go rather nicely with the Mithrils!

Very nice. Detailed and nasty-looking, just the way I like my orcs.

Very excellent find.

I've got a lot of stuff I'd like to get, but not enough money to purchase it all or enough time to paint it :(

Usually I am not a fan of the fiddlyness of WF figure assembly - it is a lot of work getting them put together and looking right for a WOTR sized force, where you are talking almost 50 of the things for a single unit. Still, in this case it will be an advantage, I think. It's very easy to just add your own weapons to these guys and do something like all bow armed orcs etc, something the GW boxes do not support.

That is a very good point.

I was going to take it a little further. Some of my very old Mithril orcs are missing weapons, shields and some even arms.I was going to repair these. Also there are seven heads for every three bodies. So some of my Zulus are going to get orc heads and two hand weapons to become savage Uruk-hai. Some of my Vikings and Celts might end up as orcs as well as wild men.
