This is the type of article OR has been devoid of !
Excellent Step-By-Step images and explanations of the processes involved.

On a personal note, lots of health problems and work related issues has seen me use excuses to become Lax when dealing with the Hobby, especiallt 'Paint Related' !!!
My eyesight is the biggest issue with painting miniatures now, but this is just the thing I need to kickstart the painting miniatures side of things again !

Thanx for doing this Tim, I greatly look forward to seeing part 2 !!!

Thanks alot Brian :) I know the problems that health especially eyesight can bring to this hobby, thankfully I have (for the moment at least) over come my own issues. Part two will follow very soon. I am at this moment in time finishing up a commission for a local shop and as soon as that is done I can get on with completing this article.
To be honest the mini is about done it is just the finer details and basing to complete and then the writing process can begin again.

Boromir looks real cool! :-D He isn’t finished yet and already he’s so lifelike. The face is beautifully painted. The best part for me, however, is the red and golden pattern on the sleeves.

I’m looking forward to the next article! :boromir
