Hi chaps, Requested to join the GBHL via the Facebook link a few weeks ago but still haven't been approved. Is this subject to previous gaming history / legend or status in the gaming community? If it helps in any way I ran two Epic Armageddon tournaments in the UK during the past two years: Exeter Entrenchment 2014 and 2015 - pics can be found here: http://www.exeter-entrench.co.uk/page6.html and here: http://www.tacticalwargames.net/taccmd/ ... &start=180 No longer running the EE tournament due to work commitments but just got back into The Hobbit SBG after long hiatus and eager to join come to one or more of the GBHL tournaments. Hi Tim, there's no requirements needed to join the group but we always like to check out the profiles of those joining the group to ensure they're not spammers (it happens quite a lot). I've just had a look on the group and the only Tim on there has a French flag for the profile picture. Is that you? If so, I imagine the reason no-one has approved you is because there's nothing at all on your profile so it looks a bit suspicious. If you confirm that it's you then I'll get you approved ASAP. The GBHL is a closed group anyhow so your facebook friends would be unaware of your hobbying activity unless they were also members. |
