Hey guys :D

Jacko and I put the new Edoras board through it's paces with a custom narrative scenario for Battle Companies :D

If you guys are keen to have a go at the scenario yourself you can download it here :D

Would love to know your thoughts guys, on the scenario, our coverage and anything in between!

Certainly it was a fun watch and a nice way to get a look at the board. I only wish there had been a need to breach the gate on the way in for Isengard or some kind of sneaky wall climbing portion included. On the whole though, really lovely work. I look forward to seeing your future efforts.

Thanks buddy! Yeah we started them inside the gate for time mainly, that would be super cool for a longer game!

Can't wait to do a big full style siege though!

Gotta get helms ddep to, and try to stop them from making it out of Ediras, if they ever choose to leave.
Evil player gets: 10,000 Uruk Hai, with captains and banners and such.
Saruman
Grima
100 warg riders
150 Scout Uruk Hai

Good
Aragorn
Legolas
Gimli
Gandalf the white
Theoden
Eowyn
200 riders of Rohan
15 Royal Rohan Guard
500 warriors of Rohan
The women and children
Plus 500 elvish warriors if they make it to Helms Deep

My dream battle that might actually come true.(but most likely not)

That would be a hectic battle indeed!

We're actually looking at doing a battle report for the siege of Edoras using the old Helms Deep scenario from the siege of Gondor sourcebook.

Just got to get some.models Painted.

Took me some time to watch the whole video, but definitely worth it :) It's really nice to see a battle report with such a beautiful terrain piece.

Hey, saw your Osgiliath videos, loved them. Looking at making an Osgiliath of my own, but was wondering, as for assembly, what glue did you use? Would Tacky glue work well? Also, do you think the foam type board that comes with meat trays would work?(after bleaching). I have a surplus, and it would be the best terrain for me to use... Plan on watching all your other tutorials and battle reports.

Could use Lake Town refugees for the women and children.

Hey dude!

I used hot glue because it makes assemble.so fast, not sure if Tacky Glue would work but only because I haven't used it. Give it a shot and let me know how you go! The Butcher trays could work really well, right type.of texture but they might be a bit thin. They might not have E enough depth to carve into.

Keep me posted.

Made a thread for it. Thank you for your response, will do a test with tacky glue. I know the trays are about half a centimeter thick, so will give it a go.
