I bought a Warhammer tower and it was missing one piece. They sent me a completely new box and said keep the other one. Now I have 2!

Customer Service in the US is first rate, based on one anecdotal story!

it's good to hear that my experience with customer service was not unique.
they did write me back which was nice
below is part of the e-mail

"your e-mail makes a nice change for us here at Customer Services. I’ll be sure to pass your comments on to our department supervisor."

I emailed GW a week or two ago concerning how great I found one of the local staff members to be, and they said the local manager and employee would have the info passed onto them :)

I placed an order containing two blisters of Gundabad Blackshields. All the spearmen models had their spears bent (3 out of the 4 severely so). I e-mailed them and they dispatched a replacement order; so now I will have 4 boxes for the price of 2!! Throughout the resolving of the issue their customer service was most accommodating, and helpful, and I accordingly e-mail my wholehearted praise.

My Cousin cancelled what was his subscription to W.D. thats now for Warhammer Visions last week, and the girl on the phone said that she had dealt with the same scenario hundreds of times in the last week or so. She went as far to urge him to write in to the management with his concerns over the product changes, as she said thats the only way that they will listen if its that clear in black and white.
