How does a Hero qualify as an Uber-Hero? I think that in SBG he needs to have at least 3 Attacks and 3 Wounds, and in WotR at least Fight 6 and Resilience 3. I also don't think monster Heroes, such as the Balrog or Sauron, can count as Uber-Heroes. Opinions?

Well, in sticking with you technical terminology, I consider the Balrog, Sauron Uber-Uber Heroes...

But seriously, I prefer the GW distinctions that are in some Mat Ward articles from the WD archive- he calls them brawlers, or brutes. Brawlers have a high Fight and many attacks, with a high strength or special ability, and generally a high defence and lots of Might. Ward says the best Brawlers are Aragorn, Gil Galad, Monkey Twins, and Treebeard, while the best Brutes are Mordor Trolls, Isengard Trolls, Warg Chieftains, and Half-Trolls.

I wouldn't consider the Balrog or a Mumakil an uber hero as they have no MWF and are not heroes directly. Aragorn would be so much easier to defeat without his might will and fate. But with his endless use of might, it's that what kills things.

the balrog does have will, 10 in fact. the dragon is one of the best, 4 attacks (with knock down) and up to 9 wounds with 3m/w/f

Most characters from the movies are uber-heroes in my book. The fellowship, elf leaders, witch-king, gothmog, et cetera.
