I'm trying to get my head around this. Who are: Yazneg Fimbul Narzug Bolg From what I understand, Yazneg was supposed to be the one stalking thorin's company, but was digitally replaced by Azog at the last minute while filming and so toy companies didn't realise. So instead we didn't get an Azog miniature and Yazneg's role was reduced heavily (and ended up getting killed by Azog in the film) Fimbul was the second in comand of the fell warg riders. Bolg was going to be in the first film but was moved to either the 2nd or the 3rd after it was decided there was going to be 3 movies, not 2. I still have no idea who Narzug is. Am I correct? |

YAZNEG is Azog's right-hand orc, killed by his captain and replaced by FIMBUL (who survives the eagle attack and will appear in the next movie). BOLG is Azog's son and may have had a larger role in film 1; either way he will appear in the next (note his on-set photos see him in Dol Guldur). NARZUG does not appear in the credits and I assume he is GW creation. |

I wondered about Narzug too. Whilst it's speculative I think it's a fairly safe bet that he's Bolg's right hand man. Like Yazneg/Fimbul to Azog. They've made the figure/publicised him for the same reason they did Bolg: when it was 2 films the Mirkwood/Dol Guldor stuff was in the first film so you would have seen them both. When it became a trillogy they were shifted to the 2nd movie. As I said this isn't based on evidence but seems fairly sensible. |

Narzug was in the film somewhere, as he is in the credits. He was probably in thre flashback scene with Bolg. |

OK, so in summary. I was correct about Yazneg, Bolg and Fimbul. Narzug will be Bolg's right hand man in Dol-Guldur that will appear in the next 2 films (and i'm guessing was going to make an appearance in the first film until they decided to turn it inot a trilogy) |
