Just mail them about it. GW is very good in this, they will normally have no problem with sending you a normal package |

Email and then call them. There's a good chance you'll get to keep what you already have. I've never had to return any errors in packaging |

I've had 3 errors (which is very little considering how many I've purchased. 1 Pack of Serpent Guard w/o backpacks - they gave me an extra pack 1 Pack of Finecast Iron Guard (Droopy axes and missing helmet spikes)- again a free pack 1 Goblin Commanders - the pack had an extra shaman (so the pack had 2 drummers, drum, captain, and 2 shamen) |

Af friend of mine bought two blisters of khazad guards. In each blister one of the three axes was broken off so he got two whole new blisters in stead of just one new blister which would have been sufficient to replace 2 broken models! Gotta love GW at these custommer services! |

Well technically you weren't entitled to keep it the sending back is pretty regulation stuff, especially for higher value items like the kings champ. |

Yup. When I first bought a GBoG and discovered a Watcher in the Water inside instead, I had to return it. I think it depends on what the issue is and the value. |

Also depends on your location. Seeing how much goes to and from Nottingham (at least for many European countries, don't know how it is further away), they can tell you to not bother sending mid-value items back either due to international shipping costs. Despite being a big company, there aren't strict rules however: I re-send a message that didn't get a reply at first, and later got two different reactions: 1 telling me send the figure back, the other that I shouldn't. Long story short, I now have two Necromancer models - neither of which actually fits together properly, but won't complain about that now... |

Having worked at GW Meadowhall for a stint last year, the new policy is items must be returned and replaced, instead of just sending out a "quality assured" copy. But, it's not massively enforced all the time, lol. |
