why sudenly all this spam?

Have you guys noticed that the last couple of weeks their has been a lot of spam?
It's very irritating, does anyone know why all this spam so sudden?

We usually have a spambot or two a week but in the last couple of days it has rapidly increased. I've just banned the latest bunch so thanks for the guys that reported those threads and posts. In the future if anyone else sees any they can press the exclamation mark 'report' button at the top of the spam post and a staff member will deal with it as soon as they see the report.

I don't know why the sudden increase of spam though I'm afraid. It is probably something for the admins to look into when they get the time.

Bloody hell, there's another 40-50 odd spam posts now. I'm going to ask Alan if there's a way to delete all of a members posts or to select multiple posts to delete at a time because as far as I can tell I can only delete one at a time and it took me long enough to delete and ban 10 earlier.

This is getting silly.

@Red Corsairs: does deleting the account not delete all of their posts?
I've also found some suspicious looking members, as they're all advertising azithromycin in their signiatures: Piecellutle, Dypesoupedy, Teresh_rark

Nope not for me, but I've now been informed it does for Admins. And thanks, but those members are all already banned. Dealt with them earlier.
