Yeah I'm in Australia though.(Dunno if that changes much) But the word going round is the network suffered a hack. Just tried to sign in then it said the network was undergoing maintenance.

It doesn't because I have some friends in Victoria who have a PS3 and I can connect with them.

Yeh I heard on the radio that some guy has hacked into all the accounts and has got details but I don't know what to believe these days.

Anyone who registered with PSN has had their account hacked. 77 million users and their usernames and passwords etc have been found. It's possible that the person/people responsible have access to credit details, but if so, it's the card number and account code (but not security code), however, they're investigating it to play it safe.

Yeah I'm going to be replacing my credit card soon because of this mis-hap. The PSN has been down for over a week now.

Anyways if any of you guys want to add me my PSN is: Fili-romeo
Just mention you're from this site.

I'm currently playing Dungeon Hunter and EA MMA. I also play CoD MW2 (need help in spec ops), NFS Shift, UFC 2010 (I suck at this). I want to buy War in the North when it comes out if it's any good.

PS3's can break too. Also, Red Ring of Death can be fixed by wrapping a towel around it and leaving it on for a few hours, then letting it cool down. Lastly, RRoD can be avoided by not playing for 18 hours straight, every day for weeks on end ;)

Finally the PSN is back. It wasn't so bad when it was down cause I started a new career mode on FIFA 11. Anyway you have to download an update when you sign in which took a few hours for me and then reset you password.

Ok just letting everyone know that Sony are letting you get 2 free games from PSN store. There's only five to choose from but it's better then nothing. Also a free 30 day playstation plus is available too.

Got the same but dead nation isn't working ATM. I download then I had to do an update which was 50% done and some error came up.
