I looked in disbelief that GW doesn't carry feral uruks anymore! Do any of you know if they are gone forever? I know they are on ebay but for outrageous prices.
Any info would be great.

They're gone for good. They had them until a few weeks ago here in the US but finally they ran out here too

Maybe someone who has been around a while and understands tournament rules can answer this for me. If Games Workshop no longer sells a model does that mean I can use a converted model as proxy for it as long as it's obvious? So in OP's case, could they convert some Berserkers or Uruk-hai Demolition Team models and they would be tournament legal?

I ask because I want to include some Serpent Guard in my Harad army but they no longer sell them  If it's just a case of using Harad Spearmen with a few adaptions then that's not too bad I guess :puppy:

I think as long as they stand out from normal Harad spearmen you should be fine. The guys at GBHL were talking about this sort of thing a while back, and the general consensus I believe is that if the miniature looks 95% like the true version, then you should be fine. Obviously, don't show up with a two normal Harad spearman warbands and say, 'Oh by the way, this warband is Serpent Guard', because I would imagine that could confuse and annoy your opponent.

Yeah, it's really annoying. I just finally got onto the "Ferals are better than Berzerkers" bandwagon and to my regret have found that they're gone. Whoops, guess I shouldn't have waited for so long

I literally asked a GW manager about a month ago about Serpent Guard for a tournament because I almost took them.

He said, as long as they are converted to look different than the other models then I can proxy them because they are OOP
