As the tittle says everybody give me ways to cut up, chop, behead re position repeat repeat until we have good conversions.

well since you ask it so polite : YES SIR.
The only conversions I have seen, and I think you've seen them to is to add a numenorean shield. I have also seen people cut of the helmet wings which makes them blend more into the soldier ranks, which I like a lot.
