Hello all!

This is my first time posting in the forum. In the Free Peoples Sourcebook there is a picture of Haldir in a wood elf pose. I can't find him on the GW website. Any ideas about where he comes from and where I can locate him?

Thanks,

Absurd.

Haldir in wood elf pose with bow is long since out of production and is quite difficult to find nowadays, if the woodelf sword version is not on the GW site now then that might well be OOP too, ebay is your best bet - tho the version with bow can be pricey 8)

Thanks for the quick reply D.M.S! That is a shame, as I am not a fan of the Helm's Deep model. Unfortunately I live in Australia, and while some items on the Ebay UK website sometimes post to Australia, not all do. I think I will have to bide my time. Thanks again!

I've got the old one with bow, he's wearing armour and has a nice bright red cloak. Would i be allowed to claim that he's got an elven cloak under wysiwyg rules or would i have to repaint it green?

There is an older one with bow unarmoured which I think is the one Absurd is referring too, I'll let someone else answer your question as I'm only a collector not a gamer so I don't know the answer.

You might be right that I'm thinking of a different figure, but it reminded me of my own question and i thought i could get away with being cheeky and asking it on this thread.

For the sake of a quick reply- D.M.S. is right in that you are asking about a different figure, but so long as it is specified before the beginning of the battle that he has a paid-for elven cloak, I don't see the problem... though personally, I would repaint it.

@Absurd- A little late, but welcome to the site! Good to have you, feel free, of course, to ask whatever suits your fancy.
