I'm going to add hair to a bald mini. I need some advice. How do I do this? Throw a blob of green stuff onto the top of his head and stroke it into place?

Sort of right. Lol
You can put a blob on and make long strokes through it with your hobby knife, it will work. You can also roll out the green stuff on a flat surface that is wet and make a bunch of lines on it then lift off the piece and place it on the mini and manipulate it.
