I'm new to the site and wanted to see if there were any players active in the Chicago area. I'm out in the south suburbs (Tinley Park). I've been interested in playing more but my regular group hasn't gotten into the game to much.

I'm in the far North Suburbs (Gurnee). Too bad we aren't a bit closer together.

I live in lakeview area downtown. Have two other players in the area, one new to the game, one has been playing it with me since fellowship. Also have access to another player, but he's phased out for a bit.

Any of you guys going to Adepticon team tournament? If so, what armies you guys thinking about taking.

I"m strongly considering trying to attend but don't have a teammate (Jamie is helping with that too). However, I'm such a total newbie (first mini was bought about 8 weeks ago) and I can count the number of games of I've played on one hand However, I'm really interested in trying to play more - as my personal life allows (family responsibilities).

Having said that - I'm building a 500 pt Rohan Army as my first army.
