Well, you have only 3 full warbands, which can never be a good thing. Also i see you have taken kardush, sort of a risky option considering you only have 36 potential sacrifices for him-24 of which are relatively elite. Having a lone shaman will get it killed in certain scenarios, so drop it to give the troll some troops to lead.

So you reckon I should give the shaman the orcs from Kardushs wb and then use the few points left to add to chieftan?

Yes probably. Kardush is the kinda guy you use in an army with loads of troops, and no big heroes, he's a bit of a liability otherwise.
