All these guys are painted and ready to kill stuff, this is my stargate themed army so far.
Here goes:

Warband 1 Ra's court
RA (golden king, leader)
5 Jackal guard (Abrakaan guards)

Warband 2 Ptah's warpriests
Ptah (Dalamyr)
12 warpriests (watcher of kaarna bows)

Warband 3 Thoth's feathers
Thoth (harad chieftain with bow)
6 Jaffa (castellans of umbar)
6 slaves (harad warriors spear)

Warband 4 Horus's vengeance
Horus (harad taskmaster)
6 Jaffa (castellans of umbar)
6 slaves (harad warriors spear)

7might, 13 bows 45models

I don't have the fallen realms source-book. The book Harad is as updated on them that I have. Is Suldan just obselete now?

Suladan isn't obsolete he's still a very good option for harad even more so with the addition of the taskmaster as 3 might can mean alot of heroic actions if the dice are with you

Don't you have Serpent Guard? Because dropping that (kinda useless) bow on the Chieftain could give you 5 points to upgrade 5 Warriors of Harad to Serpent Guard.

As a matter of fact I do but their not an option as they have a different colour pattern.
I could sculpt a few though.
Failing that I suppose I could have just a normal hasharin instead of dalamyr and drop thoth's bow and grab another couple of abrkaan guards
