Yeah seems a little light on troops for an evil army, you're going to be broken quicker than you think. Also whilst Azog and Bolg are both great they are very similar combat oriented heroes with very high costs so I would say you don't need both of them. I personally don't rate Azog that highly (low D and F) but that's really just personal bias, I'd just take either of them not both
The Goblin King is fairly combat orientated as well his stats aren't great when compared to Azog and Bolg but his special rule means he can cut through less troops without bother (and also I feel the reason you took him), he also has really low courage, not usually a problem but with a force this small you could find him running away sooner than you think.
Basically more troops would help
