Hey guys,

Just getting some opinions on what you think would be best to put with the three hunters to bump them up to 500 points?

Here's a quick one I made up earlier.

Fellowship:
Legolas, Elven Cloak.
Gimli.

Arnor:
Aragorn, Isildur's Heir, Elven Cloak.
6 Rangers of Arnor.

2 Rangers of the North.

Comes to 498 points.

Like I say doesn't have to be Arnor, just interested. :)

Cheers.

I don't like the small contingent of troops simply as you become easy to break. I'd just add heroes in.

Maybe this:

Fellowship
Aragorn
Legolas
Gimli

Warband 2
Glorfindel

Wot JamesR said. Not a good idea to fill in the gaps of a hero list with generic troops. It's then very easy to simply avoid the big bad heroes and cut down the basic troops.

Good point guys, didn't even consider breaking hahaha. Glorfindel's a nice idea as he fits right in. :)
Obvs open to other suggestions though. :)

Edit:

Aragon/Strider, Elven Cloak.
Legolas, Elven Cloak,
Gimli.

Gwaihir.

500 exactly.

The eagle means I'm not lost on the DoS scenarios that require a bit of speed, and can also deal with hordes a bit better.

The only thing bout Gwaihir is he doesn't get the extra attack or knock down (which is stupid as all get out). That's the only reason I wouldn't recommend him. I'll try and come up with some better ideas today for you (as compared to my original suggestion I'm not knocking yours)
