So this weekend I was looking through the Fallen Realms book looking for all the themes you could base an army on and saw the Umbar models and decided to write up a quickly done pure Umbar list! Just looking for thoughts, criticisms and how well this would preform on the field

nice looks good to me, if you played games over 500 points i would consider switching out one of the bo suns and getting the knight of umbra on fell beast on there though he's a beast!

Just to make sure you make the most of them, I'd max out on crossbows: those things are deadly (and difficult to take down by enemy archers, even Elves).

Other than that, you're terribly low on Might, so switching one Bo'Sun for a captain certainly wouldn't be a bad idea.

Yeah I have used the Knight of Umbar and I agree he is a absolute boss on the Fell Beast! Maybe if I make this and expanded on it I would definatly include him...

As for the idea of maxing out my bows I simply don't have the points. However the Captain could be achieved by removing 1 Arbalester and getting a Captain with a Shield and Crossbow... Thoughts?

Max on crossbows. I quite enjoy my captain with crossbow sitting at the back he usually misses... But it's good when he hits.

Okay so in an attempt to conceive what has been recommended twice I am going to have to change the list in order to max out the Crossbows. The changes are that I have removed the Reavers, that I have taken away 3 Spears and removed all the Shields from the Spearmen. Not sure if it's ruined now but we shall see...
