W1
Saruman the white on horse
berserkers x8

W2
Uruk Captain /9Heavy armour and shield
uruk warriors x 11 ( 3 with shield, 4 with crossbow and pike, 3 with pike, 1 with banner and pike)

*w2 is intended to be lined up as a front line of 4 with captain and 3 shield warriors, supported by first rank of xbows and pikes, and back rank of pikes and the banner guy//8

Seems solid enough to me, a little low on troops but Saruman is very strong.

If you have berserkers on the flanks I think it would be hard to take this list head on.

It's very low on numbers... I'd probably drop the banner and take a few more Warriors.

Yeah drop the banner and:

beware of enemy's might. He is gonna use heroics and in the long run he is going to have the initiative. So you should adjust your fights over this. If you can't pick weak targets away from the main army, you may consider hit and step back and re-organize to charge again.

Personally, I would drop Saruman. He is a bit pricey for 500 pts. You could get Vrasku and a bunch more Uruks instead.
