However, I a, considering sacking my Ring-wraith for 2 cave trolls with hand and a half hammer. I would have to also sack 40pts of orcs.
My orcs will have 1/3 with shield and pick, 1/3 with spear, 1/3 with two handed weapon.

On the list itself, I would say that, trolls or no trolls, it looks really short on might. Without the Tainted you are going to be in dire straights. Even with him, I think you'd be in trouble. What about Buhrdur, the shade, and the Tainted and then such orcs as you can bring? I think having Buhrdur and his might, plus hero killing power, would be more reliable than the paralysis spells.

Hmm. Okay, banking on terror to negate charges and leave your troops to move as they like rather than might for heroics. Loosing the wraith for two trolls at what 500pts? Not much will be able to deal with the trolls backed up by a shade at that level. With the wraith you're banking on orcs to killing this to carry the day. Trolls or Buhrdur for the wraith is the question. Maybe the trolls would be enough. Depends on what you are fighting. I think it is worth a try.

Have you considered a spectre or two ? They can be incredibly useful in the right situation.
