does a troll get a special rule when using a spear or is it just because they look kinda cool?

A troll can support a friendly model with a base size of 40mm or smaller. Although, since there aren't many models you'd want to support with it, it's not very useful as it'd be better to just charge with the Cave Troll (since the extra attack goes to the model being supported and doesn't count as the Cave Troll's attack).

another question, if a model with 5 figthvalue gets supported by a 4 figthvalue model do you get 1 f5 hit and a f4 or 2 f5 hits?

You get 2 Fight 5 attacks. The supporting model doesn't contribute his attacks, rather the model being suppported gains one additional attack per supporting model.
