Post subject:  Mumak Mahud/Mahud Tribemaster
Are these guys the same profile or what?

I assume tribemaster is a model never made or went OOP a long time ago.

Its a model we convert to make our own now right?

And then Mumak Mahud works under what stat line?

Well the Mahud beastmaster was released,he can be bought as an upgrade for the mumak for 25points, his stats are under the entry for mumak p34 of the fallen realms book.

The tribe master however never had a model released for it, but nothing stops you converting your own based on say the old uruk shaman, or by simply using a beastmaster and convert it to suit it's wargear.

Both profiles have stats in the Fallen realms sourcebook. :)

Hey guys Im looking at the book and page 34 too all I see is beastmaster chieftan no mumak mahud.

Mumak Mahud is the model for Beasmaster Chieftain, they are one an the same.

The Mahud Tribe Master however is a different profile.

Can the Beastmaster be fielded on his own (as he does have a full stat line) and if so what points cost would he be, if there isn't one any suggestions? The reason being is that I want one to lead a warband of half-trolls, it seemed fitting and I have one of the miniatures ;)

He can only be fielded as part of the Mumak's up grades, there would be absolutely no point of fielding him with Half Trolls as he offers them no benefit. His job is to controll the Mumak. A Mahud King has a higher fight and he or a Tribes Master would be great for leading the Half Trolls.

Yes indeedy, in my absent mindedness I was looking at their profiles thinking the Beastmaster miniature doesn't have any of their wargear. Of course their wargear is entirely optional so he can be used as either, doh!
