Hi,
In the WOTR rule book it says that Thrydan wolfsbane has the wargbane special rule but why would he need it since he is in the Isengard faction and wargs are on his side.

I would say that it was included to fit with the background that GW gave him. Also, there are occasions when you end up fighting evil vs. evil (what-if scenarios, campaigns, tournaments, etc.) |
