Do not have the rules on hands, but if the gundabad drums affect goblins, then it would affect the goblin town units aswell. I'd say it includes the king, but you should discuss that in your local group |

Yes, the Gundabad drum affects goblin town goblins, including the King, because it only uses the words "all goblins" to declare what it affects. |
