How do I show that one of my Hunter Orcs on a Warg has a Warhorn? For unique models like Thorin I just note what equipment he on a has on a sheet but when I have 12 orcs it doesn't really fly.

Convert one? I took the horn off a Mahud beastmaster and stuck it on a hunter orc so he looked like he was tooting a tune.

You could always use some green stuff to make one. I think making a horn is not that difficult if you don't have much experience with green stuff (like myself).

So people are pretty serious about playing the game as WYSIWYG? Very new to the hobby so sorry if this is obvious.

If you are at a tourney then the vast majority of the time WYSIWYG is paramount.

Kind of harsh but also kind of cool! Perhaps make one and hang it around the neck with a thread or something. Then I could use it for different models.

it isn't harsh its more anti cheating. its just easier for both players at a tourny to look at there opponents model and then know what they have.
