Post subject:  A few newbie questions about Harad

Hey guys,

I recently got back into the hobby after starting my collection many years ago. My brother and I try to meet up once a month to play, and he mainly uses Harad. There are a few questions I have that neither of us are sure about. Most of them involve shooting and the damn Mumak

1). When a Mahud Raider charges into a model and kills it with impale, can it then continue its move until it either moves its full distance or fails to kill a model? Or can each raider only use it once per round?

2). When shooting at a Mumak, if you choose to target the beast itself, do you have to roll an in the way for the howdah, or does it just require a hit to roll to wound the beast?

3). When shooting at a model in the uppermost part of the howdah, do you have to roll an in the way for each level of it?

4). If the Mumak crew have the Rocks upgrade, can they throw the rocks at models in base contact with the Mumak? If so, do they have to roll any in the ways?

Knowing this would help with a lot of confusion on our end. Thank you in advance!

1) no It doesn't count as throwing weapon
2) you hit the mumak directly
3) depends on the shooter position, but it should be only one in the way.
4)I think that they hit without in the way, however I'm not sure about that

Thanks for the quick response. If anyone can clarify the last question I'd greatly appreciate it.

regarding 4, the one ring rulebook states that the mumak does count as in the way when you target an enemy model in combat with the mumak.
normally I also don't regard the howdah as being in the way
