Ok a few days ago we had an instance where my opponents troll and goblin charged my uruk. Now the troll barged and my opponent won the fight does the goblin get to strike my uruk then the troll pushes the uruk back? Thinking on this now would'nt all his models in the combat get to strike then if the uruk lived he'd be push back?

Yes all other models still get to strike when barging. All models are pushed back 3" instead of 1" if they lose the combat but follow all the usual rules for being pushed back after losing a combat (in addition to the rules for barging).

Models should always be pushed back before resolving strikes anyway, but people often roll to wound first.
