I have a question regarding the profile of goblin scibe.
The goblins that enter as reinforcements can move and charge at the same round?
And can the reinforcements be moria goblins?

It doesn’t say they act as reinforcements or that they can’t charge so I would say they can charge.

It says Goblin Warriors (note the capitalisation), so I’d say it can’t be Moria Goblin Warriors and can only be (Goblin Town) Goblin Warriors. If it could be Moria Goblin Warriors it would either specifically say so or say goblin Warriors. It’s also worth rembering that the current rules generally don’t cross between The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings for rules like that.
